I've had the Nespresso Essenza Automatic and Aeroccino for about 10 months now. The quality of the coffee is very, very good and the machine is easy to use. There is almost no clean-up for the espresso maker, and the milk frother can be cleaned in about 30 seconds. Guests are thrilled when I'm able to make a high end espresso or latte for them in just a few seconds. Nespresso customer service employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this product.
